Signal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Paid Media to join our Digital Campaigns team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting and executing effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of paid advertising from initial planning and creative development to optimizations and final performance analysis.
Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.What You'll Do:Assist in developing media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets; providing media buying recommendations and participate in coordination with vendors.Support the research and evaluation of potential advertising platforms and channels.Aid in setting up advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Programmatic DSP platforms, Direct Media Buys, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads); ensuring accurate implementation of targeting, budgets, and creative assets.Monitor and analyze campaigns regularly for performance and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Help prepare budget pacing reports and forecasts to manage campaign spend.The Model Candidate:Strong communicator and team collaborator.Strong attention to detail.Brings a positive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset to internal and client teams each day.Highly detail-oriented, and able to see the campaign throughline from goals to tactics to KPIs.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or closely related discipline.Experience with setting up campaigns in various social media platforms.About Signal:Signal Group is a leader in modern public affairs.
