While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.We are looking for a senior-level product marketing manager to join our fast-growing AP automation SaaS client’s internal team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will drive overall enablement and be the bridge between our client's products and the intended market, to ensure the delivery of meaningful storytelling that resonates with customers. You will help product, marketing, and sales teams thoughtfully develop messaging that resonates with target buyer personas. You will also own a pillar of the team’s offerings and take responsibility for its end-to-end GTM activities. And just as importantly, you will equip sales and customer success team members with tools and collateral training to make them persuasive product experts with customers.
If you are the right fit, you can effectively ideate, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the demand generation team. You are seasoned in presenting products and solutions in both formal and informal settings, including with prospective buyers, customers, partners, press, and industry analysts alike. You know how to help bring product narratives to life through integrated PR and customer acquisition campaigns that drive healthy pipelines and support revenue goals. Your expertise will not only shape our internal teams' proficiency but also drive our product's narrative in the broader fintech marketplace, making you an integral part of the company’s continued growth and success.
This is an internal, FTE role with our client, with a salary and robust benefits. This is a hybrid role, so candidates will need to be based in Mountain View, CA and willing to be in the office 2x per week. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.
Required:
4+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in a growing fintech environment
Extensive experience driving sales enablement, including developing and delivering training programs for sales teams, creating sales collateral and tools, and collaborating with customer success teams to drive customer adoption and retention
Strategic thinker who can tactfully communicate clear priorities to critical partners, and empower direct reports and cross functional teams
Strong verbal and written skills, and the ability to craft thoughtful and diverse marketing content from scratch
Knowledge of the ERP landscape a plus
Salary + Benefits:
Salary range is $130,000-$140,000k/year and will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-specific knowledge, skills, and experience
