We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.Job OverviewPlanetArt is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the company’s Data Analytics function. The successful candidate will define and analyze key events in the customer lifecycle to identify the opportunities most important for growth, product adoption, retention, and engagement. This role will uncover opportunities to optimize site content and customer experience to minimize pain points and increase conversion, partnering cross-functionally on A/B testing, ensuring proper measurement set-up and timely delivery of results to drive continuous improvement. This position requires experience with Digital analytics platforms, CRM and data visualization tools.PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Calabasas as we operate on a hybrid work model consisting of three days in office per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).What You’ll DoKey ResponsibilitiesLead website and mobile app analytics and reporting across all brandsProvide CRM analytics and reportingOwn end-to-end conversion funnel reporting for the websites and mobile appsProvide regular reports and data-driven recommendations to improve site/app customer experience, conversion and repeat purchase ratesManipulate and interpret data sets to uncover actionable insights regarding campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion funnel metricsProactively support marketing segmentation and personalization strategiesLead data engineering efforts that manage taxonomy of the website and mobile app events to ensure both completeness and accuracy of digital reportingAnalyze channel performance and identifies opportunities for media scale and A/B testsBe the in-house expert in marketing attribution and MMMWhat You Should HaveSkills, Qualifications, and Requirements3 + years of experience required in marketing and digital analyticsExperience in data mining, analysis, and reportingSkilled in campaign analysis and A/B testing designAdvanced knowledge of SQLExperience in Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsExperience working with Visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BISome experience with PythonExperience with multi-touch attribution and MMM is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and cross-departmentallyBachelor’s Degree requiredWhat You Can ExpectWorking ConditionsWork is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levelsOccasional lifting of up to 20 poundsPosition requires regular, continuous use of computerPosition requires regular sitting and standingPosition requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Slack, or emailMay require occasional travelThis is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday)BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annual salary + bonus.PlanetArt offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with matchingExcellent Work/Life Balance – Paid Time Off, Sick Days, Paid Holidays, and Floating HolidaysEmployee Product Discounts
