In this role, your expertise will guide our efforts in optimizing website performance to achieve top search rankings. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical and strategic SEO services. You'll work with a team to solve marketing challenges, guide SEO and elevate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize on-page and off-page elements, ensuring best practices are followed.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO technologies.

Develop and present reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Expert knowledge of tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or similar.

Proficient in performing technical SEO audits, optimizing page speed, and enhancing user experience.

Strong organizational skills, capable of driving projects from start to finish within deadlines.

Collaborative and proactive in delivering solutions to complex SEO challenges.

Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to present data and ideas clearly.

Ability to interpret SEO data and present actionable insights in a concise manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, sales, marketing strategy, digital enablement teams and developers to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Agency Relationship Management:

Work closely with Digital Agency to help support the online experience and create an optimal digital journey.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.

5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.

Expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).

Experience practicing SEO in a corporate environment preferred.

Experience in telecommunications industry desired.

USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
