With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails being responsible for supporting the marketing team in reviewing, editing and monitoring information entered into the sales and marketing systems, as well as collecting and organizing materials for prequalification, proposal or presentation efforts. This role may also support research and administrative functions of the marketing organization.What You'll Do:Maintains data integrity and prepares division marketing reporting, including win-loss data, monthly marketing reports, and ad hoc sales analysis requests.Maintains and provides training on marketing related systems.Provides qualification/proposal development support, including leading prequalification efforts, compiling and checking information, completing forms and reports for marketing purposes.Supports the execution of marketing department business and administrative functions (budget reports, invoicing, expenses, etc.).Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:High School / GED or equivalent and 3 years relevant experienceMore About What You'll Do:As the marketing systems coordinator and technical editor for HNTB's Northeast Division, you will be responsible for managing the process of creating new and maintaining project qualification sheets, including coordinating with marketing specialists to implement proposal closeout updates. You will also be expected to provide qualification/proposal development support, including leading prequalification efforts, compiling and checking information and completing forms for marketing purposes. Finally, you will need to quickly develop an understanding of CRM and proprietary database systems for research and reporting, as needed.What You'll Bring:Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT).Strong attention to detail for reviewing, editing and updating documents.Efficient organization to follow and drive established document management processes within the marketing team.Basic understanding of CRM and capability to navigate proprietary reporting systems.What We Prefer:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word and Excel)Bachelor's degree in communications/journalism or information scienceAdditional InformationClick here for benefits information: HNTB Total RewardsClick here to learn more about EOE including disability and vetVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.
