Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.About the Role:Canary Technologies is a fast-growing Series C Hotel Tech startup in search of a dynamic and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will take a lead in conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of visual assets that will enhance our brand's presence across multiple platforms. From digital graphics, animations, and video content to sales materials and product presentations, you’ll help bring our marketing vision to life and drive engagement with our customers.ResponsibilitiesDesign & Branding:
Lead the development of compelling visual content including digital graphics, marketing materials, product mockups, web assets, and UI elements.Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all channels, maintaining design guidelines and best practices.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce high-quality assets that align with business goals.Animation & Motion Graphics:
Conceptualize and create engaging animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, explainer videos, and product demos.Sales & Marketing Collateral:
Design eye-catching executive presentations, brochures, infographics, and sales decks for senior leaders and the sales team.Create product-related graphics, including feature banners, one-pagers, and case studies that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.Website design:
Conceptualize and create engaging graphics and layouts for new website pages or updates to existing pages to help improve website conversion rates.Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of creative initiatives and campaigns.Be a go-to design resource for leadership, marketing, and sales teams, offering creative solutions for visual challenges.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work including graphics, animation, video production, and sales materials.Previous experience in a B2B technology company; experience in a high-growth startup and/or SaaS company is preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.Strong motion graphics skills with experience in animation and post-production.Familiarity with video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX principles.Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.Ability to produce HTML graphics for website and emails.Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana).Video production and post-production experience preferred.Soft skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong organizational skills.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 a yearWe also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work. We offer you the chance to visit our offices in New York, San Francisco or Dallas by providing a travel stipend. Spend at least three days working with the team in either hub, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city!
