We are hiring a
Technical Marketing Manager - Motion Production . The Technical Marketing Manager – Motion Production is responsible for executing technical marketing strategies that will enhance product adoption and market growth for motion production products. This role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate technical features and benefits to target audiences. The Technical Marketing Manager will also oversee field testing, conduct competitive analysis, and support field marketing efforts by collaborating with a team of Field Marketing Technicians. The position reports directly to the Director of Technical Marketing – Motion Production.

Implement comprehensive technical marketing strategies for motion production products that align with overall business goals and objectives. Identify and communicate the key technical features and benefits of motion production products by creating compelling technical marketing messages. Product Launches and Campaigns:
Contribute to product launches, including the creation of technical documentation, presentations, product demonstrations, whitepapers, and videos. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the technical capabilities of motion production products. Customer and Partner Engagement:
Act as the primary technical liaison for key customers and partners, providing technical support and addressing inquiries related to motion production cameras and lenses. Conduct technical training sessions for internal and external stakeholders. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to inform product development and ensure alignment with sales strategies. Provide technical input for marketing initiatives. Technical Expertise:
Stay updated on advancements in cinema camera technology and serve as the in-house technical expert for motion production cameras and lenses. Brand Building:
Participate in industry events and contribute to publications to enhance the company’s reputation in motion production technology. Field Marketing:
Participate in executing field marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness for motion production cameras and lenses. Required Skills/Education: High School Diploma or GED (advanced degree preferred) 5+ years work experience in a competitive sales environment. Ability to research and analyze data and make sound business judgments. Ability to prioritize work and sales opportunities. Desired Skills: Highly focused and results-oriented. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Extensive hands-on experience in sales and marketing. Salary and Benefits:
