Field Marketing Manager
working in
Los Angeles, Long Beach or Orange County, CA , you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company U.S Sales Team. This person will work to execute the marketing strategy in the field.This position reports to the
Director of Field Marketing .The Responsibilities:
Building the brand at the management unit level by driving brand positioning locally.Brewing strong customer relationships with alliance partners and providing thought leadership on industry and activation.Collaboration with strategy and planning teams to develop annual and 3-year marketing plans.Activate and develop support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities.Regular in-market work to both evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers.The Other Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR an equivalent 5+ years of experience.You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.Work Perks that You Need to Know About:
