Generally:Wycliffe Associates is a ministry; our mission of Bible translation is a special calling. Wycliffe Associates trains Christians all over the world to become Bible translators and we seek to safeguard the integrity of the Scriptures through that process. Position Summary:Develops, implements, and manages digital staff, strategies, and campaigns to increase revenue, leads, and ministry awareness through multiple digital media channels by performing the following duties:Job Responsibilities:Directs digital marketing strategies, including Wycliffe Associates’ public website, social media, ecommerce, email, and mobile marketing.Develops, implements, and manages digital marketing campaigns to increase revenue, leads, and ministry awareness.Develops and implements strategies to drive online traffic to the ministry website.Provides recommendations and oversees the implementation of changes to the public website to improve marketing strategies.Works closely with the marketing and communications director to set targets and ensure digital marketing campaigns achieve targets.Manages digital marketing staff, including providing performance reviews.Identifies new digital marketing opportunities and trends to ensure the ministry is at the forefront of developments.Produces regular and timely reports detailing results of each digital marketing campaign, interprets data to ensure reporting is meaningful, and makes recommendations to improve results.Manages multiple, simultaneous digital marketing projects, including creating project plans and schedules.Manages scheduled work and projects with inside and outside vendors.Creates, tracks, and manages estimates and budgets for digital marketing efforts, including producing purchase orders and processing invoices for payment.Manages the digital photo/video librarian.Conducts interviews and gathers research for digital marketing efforts as needed.Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Communications.Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.A minimum of four years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.A minimum of six years of experience in Social Media, SEO, SEM, web analytics tools, ecommerce, and email marketing.A minimum of five years of project management experience, including supervising and coordinating workloads of freelance graphic designers, writers, and editors.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Experience in setting up and optimizing search engine ad campaigns.Skills to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to bring about positive results.Strong organizational and project management skills demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ): Demonstrates desire and ability to support corporate Biblical and religious goals and participate in work-related spiritual activities.Personal Qualifications:Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and aligns with the WA Statements of Faith and Core Beliefs.Senses a call from God to ministry and has a genuine care for people.Possesses personal warmth that invites confidence and integrity.Has signed an acceptance and acknowledgment of the Wycliffe Associates Doctrinal Statement of Faith.Ability to engage with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.Exhibits a healthy level of self-confidence.Self-starter with the ability to function independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrates the attitude of a servant leader.Ability to problem-solve and handle stress.Detail-oriented with a high energy level and readiness to take on significant challenges.Sees this as an exciting opportunity to participate in a ministry with global impact.
