Climatize makes it incredibly simple to invest in renewable energy projects across the US while potentially earning up to 10% annually. Having successfully raised over $6,000,000 for renewable energy projects since our launch in May 2023, we're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketer who will work closely with the CEO & CMO on expanding Climatize’s investor network.

Acquisition : Converting leads into paying customers through targeted marketing efforts.
Onboarding : Ensuring new customers have a smooth and successful experience with the product or service.
Engagement : Keeping customers actively involved through relevant content, promotions, and communications.
Retention : Reducing churn by maintaining ongoing relationships and addressing customer needs.
Advocacy : Encouraging loyal customers to become brand advocates through referrals, reviews, and testimonials.
Strategy:
Collaborate closely with the leadership team, balancing 70% hands-on execution with 30% strategic input.
Responsibilities of the Lifecycle Marketing Lead:Segmentation and Personalization : Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to deliver tailored marketing messages.
Cross-channel Campaigns : Execute email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple touchpoints.
Retention Strategies : Develop strategies to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction, such as loyalty programs and personalized offers.
Data Analysis : Analyze customer data to understand behaviors and patterns, and optimize lifecycle stages for better performance.
Customer Journey Mapping : Understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve the experience at each stage.
A/B Testing and Optimization : Continuously test and refine messaging, timing, and content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
What we’re looking for:This will grow into a management role but for now you'll need to be passionate about rolling your sleeves up & doing the work. We're looking for a thinker-doer, not one or the other.Key qualifications of a successful candidate:5-7 years experience driving strong brand and product growth in B2C, financial services and/or climate experience is a plus.
Written and spoken English at a Professional or Native level.
Proven Experience in Customer or Community Marketing:Demonstrated success in building and nurturing engaged communities around a product or service.
Strong track record of developing and managing customer referral programs, loyalty initiatives, or ambassador programs that drive organic growth and customer advocacy.
Ability to create strategies to deepen customer relationships and improve retention metrics.
Email Marketing Expertise:Experience in crafting high-converting email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation (e.g., drip campaigns).
Proficient in leveraging email as a key channel for customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Strong understanding of email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimization techniques to improve results.
Content Creation and Strategy:Ability to create compelling and relevant content across multiple formats (blogs, newsletters, case studies) to support community engagement and lead generation.
Proven experience in SEO-optimized content creation that drives organic traffic and supports investor acquisition goals.
Strong storytelling skills to highlight customer success and build brand credibility.
Social Media Marketing:Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to engage with community members, generate awareness, and promote referral or advocacy programs.
Ability to drive engagement through social listening, user-generated content, and interaction with customers.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
Cross-Channel Marketing Skills:Capable of executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that integrate email, content, and social media to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.
Strong understanding of how different channels complement each other and how to best leverage each to maximize community growth and investor acquisition.
Data-Driven Decision Making:Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing tools to track and report on key metrics like customer acquisition, engagement, and LTV.
Proficient in testing and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI, including A/B testing and iterative improvements based on data insights.
