Minimum Requirements:
15+ years experience driving high-impact marketing programs in a fast-paced environment, enterprise software, and preferably in FinTech. Experience building measurement and attribution models to drive investment and marketing strategy. Deep understanding of the Enterprise Wealth Management space, including the sub-segments (IBD, Insurance, Bank Wealth, and RIAs). Ability to function as a player/coach. Demonstrated experience in product marketing, including messaging, positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, product launch management, GTM strategy, and sales tool development. Proven track record of delivering results, measured by dashboards and analytics. Experience in effective collaboration with sales to achieve results. Experience working with demand generation to create high-converting programs resulting in revenue. Strong organizational skills and ability to influence and work cross-functionally. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a deep appreciation for the power of precise language. SaaS/technical product marketing experience required; leadership experience at a public company preferred.
