We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager of Media Agency Management for our Amazon Media Operations, Data, and Execution team (MODE). You will be part of an innovative, fast-growing team focused on delivering results across a wide range of business outcomes and categories. In this role, you will be responsible for project management of all operational, talent and process workstreams across Amazon Lines of Business (LOB) during our transition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship with two new global media agency partners. You will work across key LOB media, finance, operations and product teams to define key business and operational needs, mechanisms for tracking progress and metrics and recommendations for optimizations to improve the strength and productivity of our partnerships. Additionally, you will lead collaboration with key partners across other LOBs for comprehensive agency partner management and relationship building.
Key job responsibilities
Analyzes, plans and implements short and long-term operational process improvements.Identifies process gaps and inefficiencies. Communicates to stakeholders and updates workflows to address those needs in a timely manner.Owns change management across impacted teams.Develop metrics and measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls and identify future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems.Researches, recommends and approves processes to aid in the translation of business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.Assesses the degree of risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired future state of agency relationships.Surveys and analyzes best practices across Amazon and external teams.Develop process documentation and operating instructions to all internal and external stakeholders.Develop training guides and learning videos to distribute globally at scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insightsExperience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
