Based in Southern California, our client manages close to $2 trillion in assets and is looking for a new partner to participate in a full scale upgrade of their technology. We are looking for talented and ambitious people to work on the first engagement in the client's offices near Los Angeles, California. We have a huge opportunity to impress them and earn a large share of their new and existing business. The application provides a consolidated entry point to access and manage retirement plans.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering (process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, visual design).Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.SkillsMust have:Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and detail-oriented.Mobile and responsive web UI design skills are essential.Must have a strong UI/UX design portfolio.Solid experience in creating process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, and visual design.Must be able to present your idea creatively and effectively.Must be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, technologies, and design practices.Nice to have:Experience in using Figma to create wireframes and concept prototypes.User Experience Design.Product Design.Design Thinking.User Research.User Testing.Agile.Attention to detail.
