SKIN is seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy that elevates our brand presence, engages our audience, and drives brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare and beauty and should be at the forefront of social trends and innovation as well as having the ability to develop channel-by-channel goals and effectively measure success.Flexibility, resilience, and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for each relevant platformDefine most important social media KPIs across all social channels to achieve top position across all relevant measuresBe curious and stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presenceIdeate and create daily skincare-focused social posts, which includes strong copywriting abilities for captionsManage the execution of day-to-day posting across all social media accountsCollaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Digital, Sales, Creative and Innovation teams to maximize brand prioritiesLead the creation of highly effective social briefsCompile weekly, monthly and quarterly social media reportsAssist with content creation including but not limited to video editing and photo croppingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.5+ years in Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience preferredMust be based in the Los Angeles areaSkincare and/or beauty industry background preferredDeep understanding of social media platforms and stays up-to-date on industry and platform trendsAttention to detail; demonstrates passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreamsExcellent written communication skills as copywriting is a crucial part of this roleMust be comfortable in a fast-paced business environment, be a driven contributor and work effectively and collaboratively with team members.On top of entertainment, culture and trends; understanding what appeals to people (and algorithms)Self-starter with a hands-on approachSalary:
