What are you going to do? The Senior marketing manager SEO/content owns Yoast’s content strategy and production, driving best-in-class content across the website, campaigns, and always-on channels.
You will lead a team of content strategists, writers, and SEO specialists, delivering thought leadership and educational content that positions Yoast as an authority in SEO.
This role includes oversight of website performance, collaboration with Yoast Academy, and growth initiatives focused on conversion rate optimization and user engagement.
Who are you? We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager SEO/content with a deep understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital growth. You should be skilled in creating engaging, multi-format content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports SEO goals.
You’re highly collaborative and capable of working with both technical and creative teams. Data-driven and strategic, you know how to optimize content for performance while maintaining Yoast’s high standards of quality and thought leadership. You’ll lead a team of 6.
What are your skills? Content strategy and production
Develop and execute a content strategy that reinforces Yoast’s brand, supports product launches, and drives channel engagement.
Create thought leadership content in multiple formats for distribution across priority channels, establishing Yoast as a leader in SEO.
Evaluate content impact and effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights.
SEO and website management
Oversee website and SEO strategies in collaboration with Principal SEOs to maintain a high-performing online presence.
Work with product owners and growth teams to align the website strategy with business objectives and page priorities.
Yoast Academy
Partner with product owners to develop training courses for Yoast Academy, enhancing the educational offerings.
Assess the effectiveness of learning materials and provide input to shape the Academy’s product strategy.
Growth and Conversion Rate Optimization
Collaborate with partner agencies to execute a CRO and growth plan, including testing, user research, and website enhancements.
Ensure a strong ROI from CRO initiatives and agency partnerships through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement.
