to join our team and support an affordable community in
San Jose, CA
area.
This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 9 am to 5:30 pm | Full Benefits.Pay Range: $42.00 - $43.00 / HourWHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with affordable housing/tax credit propertiesYou bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment communityYou can perform professional-level leadership and customer service skillsYou have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovationYou are able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reportingYou possess good communication skills both, verbal and writtenYou have a passion for helping othersYou have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookYou ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRIYou have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverageWHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERE:CONAM Management Corporation is an experienced, full-service real estate and property management firm that has been in the business for over 40 years.
