The Love Boat promises something for everyone.We’re looking for an amazing Ecosystem Design Product Owner to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for leading product development and running product innovation sprints working with cross-functional teams identifying a real industry challenge, understanding customer needs, rapidly prototyping and testing solutions, all with the aim of building the most innovative guest experience.Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Ecosystem Design Product Owner. Is this you?ResponsibilitiesManages and successfully executes assigned product innovation sprints through the entire lifecycle.Develops and evaluates emerging technologies and assess the impact or opportunity on business capabilities.Perform current state assessments, facilitating discussions to understand the needs and gaps to define future state.Defines requirements, guides product and architectural vision, leads key technical and design discussions, and prioritizes delivery efforts.Collaborates with cross-functional partners from engineering, architecture, development and UX to achieve successful outcomes.Works with the team to iterate the Innovation plan for execution and development.Establishes and builds relationships across the organization for tighter alignment of Innovation objectives to Market & Business strategies.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.Product Management experience in the Data & Analytics domain.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and translate complex information to leadership and non-technical teams in relevant business terms.A background of working in an Innovation team with a focus on agile product management.Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workload when multiple projects are ongoing.Self-starter, entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate about solving tough challenges.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
