About this role
The Director of account-based marketing will be responsible for creating and executing a go-to-market plan for Writer's high-value Enterprise target accounts. They will work with the Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to increase engagement, build relationships, and drive sales through marketing campaigns. This is a player/coach role that needs good planning skills, world-class communication, and the ability to create campaigns that drive results.
Your responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic account-based marketing plan to support Writer’s growth in the Enterprise market
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within those accounts
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target accounts’ business needs, challenges, and opportunities
Create and manage personalized, multi-touch campaigns to engage decision-makers at target accounts and drive awareness and interest in Writer's solutions
Work closely with the entire marketing team to develop and curate relevant and compelling campaigns for target accounts
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account-specific messaging and collateral
Track, measure, and report on the success of marketing campaigns based on ROI and budget allocation
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt the account-based marketing strategy
Is this you?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in account-based marketing or enterprise marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful account-based marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong understanding of the Enterprise market and the buyer’s journey
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
Experience working closely with Sales teams to drive revenue and meet business goals
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign success
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience using marketing tools such as 6sense, Mutiny, and HubSpot
