If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing will lead the end-to-end performance marketing program, including the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include supporting daily marketing activities and leveraging data and insights to identify new opportunities, as well as testing and exploring new channel opportunities. Expertise in testing new strategies, prioritizing tasks, and pivoting as needed to achieve results is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies including identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities while supporting the team in developing campaign optimization strategies.Collaborate with senior leadership to align on marketing strategies that support company goals and strategies.Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Track spending and ROI, adjusting as necessary to maximize return on investment.Responsible for tracking performance KPIs on a daily/weekly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect, and course correct immediately.Lead and mentor a small team of marketers fostering a high-performance culture and collaboration.Manage and own multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.Manage relationships with third parties/vendors and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications:

8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing in e-commerce (preferably B2B) with a track record of results in driving growth.2+ years’ experience as a people manager.Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing and a proven track record of delivering qualified leads and successful results.Strong prioritization skills with the ability to clearly define a roadmap and identify when to change and adjust strategies.Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
