We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated content strategies and optimize web presence for a leading health insurance provider. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in SEO, web content publishing, and digital marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage and publish content across multiple languages and platforms using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Optimize website and content for search engines, including understanding and applying new SEO rules and algorithms.
  • Conduct keyword research, strategy implementation, and performance scoring using advanced SEO techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user-centered content strategies.
  • Design, update, and maintain website pages and sections to enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
  • Analyze web analytics to optimize content strategies and report on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in SEO and 7 years in web content publishing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager; knowledge of Adobe Target is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Kanban experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrable skills with Conductor, Google Search Console, Workfront, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Experience in health plan or insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with Figma, and Confluence tools is beneficial.

Employment Type:

  • Contract (6 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years)
  • Potential for contract-to-hire based on performance
