Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Content Coordinator to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with tactical offer campaigns and web content updates. Utilizing your skills in Web Content, Web Content Management, monday.com, and Project Management, you will ensure consistency in product messaging and promotional content across all channels.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in ensuring accuracy of offer landing pages and managing the review and approval process.
• Communicate with stakeholders to collect and action bi-monthly web offers.
• Regularly update marketing tactics to reflect accurate content across all relevant platforms.
• Work alongside the Creative and Sales teams to update promotional materials as requested.
• Protect and promote the brand through critical review of all web requests to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Independently manage image sourcing and publishing process on the company website for new and existing products.
• Lead daily web content meetings to ensure all tasks are prioritized accordingly and completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor the website regularly to ensure there is nothing that conflicts with brand guidelines or product accuracy.
• Assist with managing ad hoc and monthly offer process from start to finish.
• Support and collaborate with other teams on special projects as needed.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Marketing Content Coordinator or equivalent• Proficient in web content creation and web content management
• Excellent working knowledge of project management tools such as monday.com
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using computers with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of marketing trends and techniques
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing marketing strategies.
