About the Role
Figure is seeking an experienced Sr. B2B Marketing Manager to help us grow our Partner HELOC business. You'll partner cross-functionally with our channel marketing team, revops, and sales to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
Marketing Campaign Execution and OptimizationSpearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach defined B2B and B2B2C audiences and hit aggressive SQO targetsTactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaignsIdentify and leverage optimal channels to reach key market segmentsCollaborate with sales and content teams to develop targeted, relevant messagingContinuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed optimizationsSales Enablement and Collateral Management
Partner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motionsEnsure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling!Adapt marketing materials to address specific customer segments and use casesDeliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the enterprise sales teamImplement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in HubspotWhat We Look For
6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing3+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially with standing up campaigns, processes, and attribution from scratchFinancial technology, software, and B2B experience preferred; Mortgage Industry experience a plus!Proven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategiesProblem solver, willing to get their hands dirtyUnderstanding of marketing compliance requirementsClear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiencesExcellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to think strategically and analyticallyExcellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgencyAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriatelySalary
Compensation Range: $118,800 - $148,50025% Bonus TargetEquity stock options packageThis is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needsPerks
