This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Managers and the Creative team to curate items for our 800+ page catalog, considering inventory, customer preferences and pricing.
Research industry trends, competitive pricing and market shifts.
Offer strategic and financial recommendations to drive improvements.
Generate reports that translate customer behavior insights into actionable plans.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.
2 - 3 years of retail merchandise planning or retail financial planning experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access and SQL experience
a plus.
Ability to summarize analytics and communicate findings concisely.
