Right now, we're hiring an Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager to supercharge our webinar strategy and drive demand for Slack.
What you'll be doing:Own and elevate our webinar program: Develop and execute a global webinar strategy, including accurate audience segmentation and program optimization
Produce and manage webinars: Handle day-to-day production, from creating registration pages, conducting dry runs and hosting multiple live events weekly
Manage on-demand webinar strategy: Build a multi-channel on-demand webinar strategy to maximize views and impact
Drive promotions and sales communications: Leverage email, social, display, and internal comms to boost registration and ultimately and pipeline
Measure and report performance: Analyze data and produce regular reports to track webinar contribution, effectiveness, and impact
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and global teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution
Optimize and innovate: Continuously refine processes to improve program efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends
What you should have:3-5 years in the webinar field or similar discipline, with a track record of planning, executing, and optimizing webinars
Technical savvy: Familiarity with ON24, Salesforce, and other marketing tools related to campaigns
Data-driven mentality: Ability to analyze data and make performance improvements
Project management skills: Outstanding organization, rigorous attention to detail, and comfort with deadlines and deliverables
Clear communication: Strong communication skills across multiple channels and the ability to craft compelling stories with PowerPoint/Google Slides
Proactive attitude: A go-getter who takes ownership, is accountable, and drives results
