Through our innovative, community-led programs, we equip migrants and refugees with essential tools to build self-reliance, advocate for themselves, and navigate new environments.As a start-up, we offer flexible roles and hours for those who are innovative, independent, and results-driven. If you’re excited to gain experience while making a global impact, this opportunity is for you!Role OverviewIn this role, you will identify funding opportunities, craft persuasive grant proposals, and support Creshendo’s growth through strategic funding.Key ResponsibilitiesGrant Research & Identification : Identify and research domestic and international funding opportunities that are aligned with Creshendo’s mission.Proposal Writing : Develop tailored grant proposals that communicate Creshendo’s vision, programs, and impact.Grant Management : Track deadlines and oversee submissions.Collaboration : Work closely with program leaders to understand funding needs and incorporate program details into applications.Funding Strategy : Support funding strategy by identifying new opportunities.QualificationsIdeal candidates:Proven grant writing experience with successful outcomes.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Excellent research skills.Basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising and grant-seeking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Commitment to at least 5 hours per week.Why Join?Make a Difference : Help secure essential funding for refugee and migrant empowerment.Experience : Build advanced grant writing skills in a dynamic nonprofit.Network with Purpose : Connect with leaders and foundations aligned with our mission.Shape Our Future : Contribute to shaping Creshendo’s future.How to ApplySubmit your resume, availability, time zone, and a brief paragraph outlining your interest to info@creshendo.org.
