Job Description
Seeking a Pharmaceutical Content Specialist to work with a well - known organization hybrid in NJ.
The primary responsibility of this role is to create and maintain modular content libraries that support our brand strategies and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in content management digital asset management and a keen understanding of brand consistency and compliance.
Required Competencies
- Proven experience in content management digital asset management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems CMS and digital asset management DAM tools.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop organize and maintain modular content libraries to support the US brand teams.
- Ensure all content is up-to-date accurate and aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams creative agencies and other stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback.
- Content Review and Approval:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal medical and regulatory MLR to ensure content meets all compliance standards.
- Facilitate the review and approval process for new and updated content modules.
- Training and Support:
- Assist developing training materials on the use of modular content libraries.
- Act as a modular content SME for brand teams and MLR advisors.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for content-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving content management processes and systems.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree required. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field preferred.
