About the Position
Our Creative Group produces engaging, impactful, thoughtful, exciting, and elevated content to represent a Fortune 30 brand across various digital platforms.
We’re seeking a talented associate Art Director with 4 to 6 years of experience in digital communications, focusing on social media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and content creation on social media, possess a range of skills, and be comfortable with visual design, typography, video, and photography content on multiple platforms.
This role requires agility and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, translating interesting and often complex ideas into compelling content. While the primary focus is supporting paid social media campaigns, the Art Director will also support the development of advertising campaigns and branding projects. This role will work closely with the creative team and the social media team in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Hands-on Art Direction for various social media projects focused on, but not limited to, quick-term deliverables, always informed by our target audience’s behaviors
- Collaborate with copywriters, visual and motion designers, videographers, and other team members:
- Develop impactful digital communication concepts.
- Create original, creative, and culturally resonant short-form content at a high-volume.
- Establish a consistent visual design language for social media.
- Support advertising campaigns with integrated social first campaign extensions and art direction for long form content
- Assist with art direction to in-house designers, creators, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Present strategically thought-out concepts.
- Use feedback and insights to guide creative decisions.
The skills and experience you should have:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital communications, focusing on social media.
- Strong portfolio of multi-platform social media work
- Expertise in industry best practices and social media platforms.
- The portfolio should focus on digital work; experience in advertising, print, digital display, OOH, etc. is a bonus.
- Experience working with copywriters and independently.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a conceptual mind.
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, working knowledge of Figma, and photo editing/colorizing ability.
- Strong understanding of composition, with an eye for detail, while following brand guidelines.
- Additional or developing design skills (e.g., motion design, photo editing, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once.
- Previous agency experience is a plus, ideally supporting a corporate brand.
It's a plus if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
