Job Description
The Amazon Sales Manager maximizes our sales opportunity with Hasbro's Fashion brands such as Play-Doh, Furby and My Little Pony on Amazon. They develop business plans with the ecommerce channel in mind and build internal and external alignment. They implement their strategy with cross-functional teamwork and communication.
The Sales Manager creates and develops customer relationships: Understands the needs of their accounts and communicates what those needs are and how to best deliver on those needs. They work closely with Amazon to develop mutually helpful strategies and tactics. They know Amazon's key performance indicators and recommends items and brands. They are flexible and understands planogram needs as well as Amazon marketing platform levers.
The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering revenue targets within the girls and preschool categories! Forecasts accurately, develops and leads joint business plans and customers commitments. Tracks POS and adjusts plans accordingly. Uses promotional support to increase sales and manages their customer budgets.
This candidate builds internal relationships! Works with cross-functional teams: marketing, product development, account support, logistics, accounts payables, finance, flow planning, data management.
This candidate will be their channel expert and share industry knowledge: They are the specialist within their channel of business.
Deliver revenue targets by monitoring sales trends, forecasting accurately and partnering with internal teams to ensure we have the inventory to support sales trends. Leverages promotions to increase sales, manage inventory and hit promotional revenue targets.
Understands the needs of an ecomm retailer and communicates what those needs are and how to best deliver on those needs. They work closely with Amazon to develop mutually beneficial strategies and tactics. They know the customer's key performance indicators and recommends items and brands to achieve POS plans.
Manages upwards of 75 pre-orders through forecast accuracy, attention to detail and partnership across teams to deliver meaningful execution and strong POS growth across boys action brands.
Best in class partnership with cross-functional teams including but not limited to replenishment teams, customer strategic marketing, US marketing, GCO, flow planning and data management to enhance brand relevance on site and ensure we are operationally set up for success to deliver against sales goals.
Industry knowledge: Continuously staying abreast of trends across site, communicating new challenges/requirements/trends internally.
