We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Web Content Specialist to join a dynamic web experience team in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will oversee content editing and management to enhance engagement and growth across various platforms. We are seeking someone to collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager in managing the companys online presence and streamlining content across multiple websites using WordPress and other such platforms.
Responsibilities:Implement content strategies that align with the companys goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.Edit and proofread content before publication.Managing and updating content across various platforms.Utilize content management systems to organize and schedule content.Optimize landing pages for better performance.Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to improve content effectiveness.Utilize strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform content strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:3-5 years of proven as an experienced Web Content SpecialistProven experience with WordPress content management.Demonstrated experience in content editing.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for editing images for placement.Experience with CRM systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing.Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO.Understanding of UI and UX principles.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to Have:Experience with HubSpot.Applied working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
