JOB TITLE: AUTHORITY COORDINATOR
*Position contingent upon award*
This project will provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support to DSCA. Project tasks will include desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping.
Responsibilities
Authority Coordinators will provide support in ensuring that the PDA, MEP, CMP and QMR templates and completed products - as well as the location of analyses, processes for planning them, and information systems for recording and sharing them - remain aligned with the needs of each of the covered SC authorities.
Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience planning, designing or implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects.Three (3) years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy or guidance for SC activities implemented under one of the aforementioned list of authority sectionsDoD Secret clearance.Preferred qualifications
Five (5) years of experience and knowledge of public policy and operations.Five (5) years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry.Master's degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.Three (3) years of experience planning, designing or implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects.Three (3) years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy or guidance for SC activities implemented under sections 332 (or its predecessor authorities), 333 (or its predecessor authorities), 1263, 342, 345 (or its predecessor authorities), 401, or 2561 of Title 10Education
Bachelor's degree.
