As a Product Manager/Product Designer, you will lead the strategy and development of products that enhance our job site documentation, security monitoring offerings as well as employee tools. This role will be responsible for conducting competitive and customer research to gather insights that drive the strategy behind future product offerings, refining current products and internal operational systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, user centric design, and have a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs or solve relevant business problems. You will be responsible for maintaining design consistency across all platforms and uphold OxBlue’s design standards. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and design specifications that align with user needs and product goals. You’ll collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and proper implementation of design solutions. Through this, you will become the “eyes and ears” of our customers, researching their pain points and crafting solutions that improve user experience.

You Will:Create and share a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and meets customer needs, ensuring successful launch through collaboration and effective go-to-market executionConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the security monitoring, video surveillance and construction documentation marketMonitor product performance, user engagement and competitive landscape to inform future product improvementsManage and grow strong relationships with external vendors and partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap and spark innovationInform product objectives, including project scope, business requirements, customer journeys and create compelling business casesDefine actionable product and business requirements for the development and engineering teamsGuide product vision and strategy discussions based on consumer feedback and relevant industry trends

You Have:5+ years experience in product management, with preference given to candidates that also have UX/UI experience.Ability to tell compelling stories based on factual research, analytics data, and experiential contextExperience with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Mural) and Agile development methodologiesHistory of improving product versions using clear requirementsSuccess launching and managing complex products that solve a valid business problem with defined KPIsAbility to increase user-adoption of new features and systems
