The Sr. Manager of Ecommerce Operations is responsible for all active listings across our ecommerce channels. The position leads a team of account operational managers and is responsible for leading the ad spend on 3rd party marketplaces. The Operational responsibilities include creating and implementing best practices in creating and mapping listing content and data feeds to maximize our margins across selling channels and solving listing issues. Key responsibilities will be managing the Ad Spend manager, developing strategies to maximize ROI and managing the marketing budget.
What You'll Do
Partner to drive revenue by managing the growing ecommerce catalog, both in-platform and via software integrationsCross-functional collaboration with members of creative, merchandising, IT/Dev, and production teamsDevelop and implement listing strategies and workflows that promote merchandising efficiencies.Audit account listings daily with an emphasis on quality and accuracy, brand compliance, and error resolutionMaintain technical compliance for our selling accounts by working with our account managers on platformMaintain an understanding of current ecommerce technology trends and consumer behavior, and provide recommendations for improving the ecommerce customer experienceMonitor and report on the performance of sponsored product ads (ad creation is not a responsibility)Management/Ownership of Ad Spend/Marketing budgetPartner with key account team to drive revenue for 3rd party marketplaces
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or 7+ years of relevant experience3+ years of experience in ecommerce listing management4+ years of experience in developing successful ad spend strategies and resultsThorough understanding of e-commerce product listings, organic SEO, paid product ads, and product data feedsA willingness to independently find solutions to problems by using internal, external and internet-based resourcesAn entrepreneurial drive to be the ecommerce expert in our businessBonus points for experience in Rithum (Channel Advisor), Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, SQL
