In this position you will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the bolttech brand design and digital principles and become a champion of brand governance and consistency by producing assets that comply with brand guidelines.Drive creative ideation in collaboration with our partnership team and the execution of digital assets (social, web and app touchpoints), print, merchandise design and production, illustrations, photo editing and video editing and production.Be responsible for shaping the visual aspects of our website, digital content such as eBooks and Infographics, sales presentations, and more. Your work will help capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message to our target audience.
ResponsibilitiesConceptualizing and creating elegant, clean, minimal design based on an established brand aesthetic and style for webpages, sales presentations, eBooks, infographics, email, web banners, social media graphics, iconography and other creative assets that preserve and elevate the brand.Creating engaging designs for marketing assets (posters, brochures, digital displays, EDM, web and App banners, etc.).Brainstorming creative marketing campaigns and developing assets such as layouts and artworks to support brand awareness, partnership and product launches, promotions and employee engagement.Video production, editing, and/or film content to support the needs of the business.Communicating and collaborating closely with internal functions and senior stakeholders to facilitate the creative process.Collaborating with Communications team to develop interesting social media visuals to drive brand awareness and engagement.Assisting in the development of the brand system i.e., updating brand policy, expanding brand assets – photography, iconography, corporate templates.Upholding the branding guidelines.Be passionate about all aspects of web, UI, motion, print and brand design.Work with the creative team to brainstorm and share design perspectives, ideas, and understand project scope and objectives.Be able to handle deadlines and manage your own time successfully.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in graphic design.Strong, polished aesthetic, meticulous sense of detail, and ability to create simple solutions to complex design challenges.Knowledge of layouts, grids, graphic fundamentals, proportion, perspective, composition, typography, color theory, print, and the web.High level of proficiency with Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to take creative direction, and the ability to adapt on the fly.Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or XD is a plus.Experienced in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere and After Effects) a huge plus.Be very organized, efficient, and pay close attention to details while handling multiple tasks.Good communication skills with the ability to take direction and explain design thinking.Portfolio of work
