Your design expertise helps you guide creative teams, sharpen their thinking, and turn client challenges into compelling solutions.You need to:Build creative direction that solves business problemsHelp teams do their best work through feedback and mentoringKeep projects focused and on-strategy from pitch to deliveryPresent and sell creative work to clientsStay hands-on enough to demonstrate solutions when needed
You have:Strong design foundation with experience leading broader creative initiativesProven skills turning business goals into compelling creative strategiesAbility to guide teams across all creative disciplines (design, copy, UX, content)Leadership in creative development from concept through productionExperience directing integrated campaigns while maintaining quality5+ years creative leadership, with a design-focused foundationDesign degree (Visual Communication, Graphic Design or similar field)Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative directionSharp eye for craft across all creative work, rooted in design principles
What will you do?As an Associate Creative Director, you will:Develop creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand valuesManage and refine creative processes to improve efficiency and qualityLead a team of creatives from various disciplines (e.g., writers, designers, content creators)Generate ideas for integrated marketing campaignsPresent creative concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team membersWork with account management and strategy teamsHandle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative standardsEncourage innovation within your team, supporting new ideas and approachesAssist with new business pitches to help expand the agency's client baseFind creative solutions that meet both client needs and creative goalsOversee quality control for creative output
