Computer Aided Design Technician

Position Overview:As a CAD Technician in our Land Development division, you will work alongside engineers and project managers to prepare detailed construction plans, site layouts, grading, utility plans, and other essential documents for land development projects. This role requires technical proficiency in CAD software and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with municipal regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop, modify, and finalize site development plans, including grading, stormwater, roadways, utilities, and landscaping.Produce construction documents and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.Collaborate with project engineers to update and refine designs throughout the project lifecycle.Assist in the preparation of plats, plans, and profiles per local and state standards.Ensure all drawings and plans are accurate, detailed, and comply with client specifications and regulatory requirements.Maintain CAD standards and assist with quality control of all project drawings.Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure project success.Qualifications:Associate Degree
in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD
and
