Job Description:· Would like someone with experience as a technical writer. Working on manufacturing instructions is desirable, but not required.· Manage a list of controlled documents to be updated or created.· Work with Lead trainers and Engineers to determine content of each document.· Create or update required documents by collating the information provided by the trainers and engineers.· This will be a M-F role preferably in a hybrid or onsite model. Will include taking photos to include in the documentation. Content will be provided by engineering and operations but the individual in this role will work to get all materials into the proper format so that it is most effective and useable for operators.
Experience:· Work with engineering staff and ops training staff to support creation of manufacturing instructions· Provide documentation on new equipment and processes· Manage list of documents that need creation or updates· Take and edit photos of control panels and equipment for inclusion in written instructions.
Desired Skills:• Two-year associate degree or equivalent• Experience with Microsoft Office is a must• Manufacturing experience preferred
Education:· High school.
