This Senior Interior Designer is a high-energy, positive-minded, self-directed leader responsible for implementing and creating project designs for luxury private custom homes. Utilizing their successful track record of custom home interiors, this position requires in-depth interior architecture and custom home construction knowledge. This Senior Interior Designer will demonstrate their abilities in professional client communication, budget management, space planning, material specification, furniture line knowledge, and specification.

Qualifications and SkillsDegree in Interior Design or equivalentMin 6-8 years of design experience - luxury residential projectsLuxury custom home, private client design experienceAutoCAD experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment with creative inputIn-depth knowledge of Interior Architecture and custom home constructionExcellent presentation skills in small/large group settings and/or via virtual conference callsFinely tuned and tasteful eye for color, texture, and patternExpert technical knowledge for creating specifications and installation coordination of FF&E furnishings, decorative lighting, and other related interior design contract documentsClient management skills, proactive solutions, and critical thinkingAbility to manage and delegate/review multiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goalsLeadership skills; proven experience in motivating and inspiring others is essentialKnowledgeable in appropriate costs, budgeting, and estimating techniques
