As a key player in their warm modern contemporary projects, ranging from 2,000 to 25,000 sq ft, you'll have the opportunity to create bespoke and custom-tailored spaces that reflect our clients' unique lifestyles and desires.
We're looking for a curious and trustworthy professional with 5-7 years of experience who can seamlessly propose design ideas and execute SketchUp models and CAD drawings with minimal supervision. Key ResponsibilitiesPropose and develop innovative design concepts for high-end residential projectsCreate and execute detailed SketchUp models and CAD drawings with minimal oversightManage vendor relationships, follow up on open tasks, and maintain accurate logsContribute to improving studio processes and design strategiesTake ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate responsibility for project outcomes
Qualifications5-7 years of experience in high-end residential interior designProficiency in SketchUp and AutoCADStrong portfolio demonstrating warm modern, contemporary design expertiseExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
