About this role:User experience (UX) architects are responsible for planning and designing delightful user experiences across our customer-facing products and interfaces. You will drive user-centered design processes and methods to create meaningful and impactful product experiences, fostering collaboration with product managers, developers, and other team stakeholders. UX architects help the team translate business objectives, customer needs, and complex workflows into end-to-end product flows, interactions, and well-crafted UI.
Responsibilities:
• Work as part of an Agile Product Team to own and account for successful product experience design and positioning• Own and account for UI/UX design implementation of digital products and experiences• Deliver functional, best-in-class, user-focused, competitive, and intuitive user experiences that deliver on customer and business outcomes• Translate end-user requirements, goals, and desired outcomes into customer journeys and holistic product experiences• Deliver experience designs, UI/UX wireframes, interaction designs, prototypes, visual design specs• Work within a cross-functional team in an Agile/SCRUM development cycle to deliver industry-leading products• Cultivate and share your own understanding of user problems and opportunities for improvementQualifications• Bachelors in a design related discipline such as Web Design, Service Design, Experience Architecture or Information Architecture preferred• 3-5 years of related work experience, such as UX or digital industry, outside of school or academic study projects, with at least one year of team leadership experience• Solid knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices, interactive design principles, information architecture, experience architecture, visual systems, and visual design.• Solid knowledge of design thinking process and framework, and familiarization with workshop and co-creations• Solid knowledge of website architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, and online marketing and business needs• Familiar with common design and prototyping software, such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Abstract or related software. Figma is our primary tool.• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
