Role Overview:As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, diving deep into campaign performance to generate actionable insights. You’ll champion data-driven decision-making, working on everything from A/B testing to strategic recommendations. This role also involves light data engineering, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:Organize and analyze complex datasets to generate meaningful insights.Evaluate marketing campaigns (email, SMS, paid search, social, etc.) using advanced statistical techniques.Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to enhance user experience.Create intuitive, data-driven dashboards to empower real-time decision-making.Deliver regular reports on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for internal teams and external partners.Lead validation efforts to maintain a stable, scalable data system.
Your Skills & Experience:Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.4+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years supporting marketing teams.Expert-level SQL skills.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Solid grasp of statistical analysis (e.g., correlation, regression).Ability to communicate data-driven insights and lead discussions across teams.Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus.
