In Meta Reality Labs, we have a Business Group that includes the business, marketing, insights, and sales functions. Within this team, the PMM (Product Marketing Manager) organization leads Product Launch Strategy and In-Market business growth. It’s an exciting time to join the Wearables product marketing team. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a strong response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth – and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We’re looking for a Product Marketing leader who can manage a team of PMMs responsible for conversion and sales levers which go beyond any one channel, or product line to reach product market fit at scale by the end of the decade. PMMs reporting into this leader will be responsible for closely monitoring performance across multiple channels, partnering across sales and marketing to identify areas of opportunity to improve, and helping customers get the education they need to convert to purchase. You’ll manage a team of In-Market PMMs working in service of unlocking the next phase of augmented reality adoption worldwide.
Product Marketing Lead, Wearables Conversion - Reality Labs Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Product Marketers responsible for the execution and management of conversion initiatives across the Wearables category.
Support the team in setting priorities, ensuring cross-functional support & resources, and unblocking as they navigate net new work streams across the company.
Partner with sales, marketing and external partners to deliver programs that improve customer experience in the shopping experience, and ultimately increase conversion to sale.
Identify opportunities to accelerate business growth and path to achieve business goals. Coach product marketers on your team through identifying strategic opportunities, forming hypotheses, advocating for and enabling a plan with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Bring a consumer lens to inform and guide in-market decisions and tradeoffs related to the audience targets, value proposition, product positioning, promotions, cost/pricing, distribution, global expansion, and lifecycle management.
Support all aspects of career and personal development for the reporting team.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years professional experience in product marketing or growth initiatives.
5+ years of people management experience.
Experience leading projects that are net new for the organization.
Experience coaching team members through synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and external partner teams to deliver high impact campaigns through production and execution.
Experience working with cross-functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity.
Experience working in global marketing with hardware or physical products.
Experience working across a diverse set of sales distribution channels, including online, brick & mortar and partner-lead.
Proven communication skills (documents, presentations).
Experience with consumer tech or CPG brands.
BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or technology.
MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience.
Experience driving sales & business growth.
Experience with Consumer Electronics hardware, partnerships, and channel execution.
Product marketing experience managing across a portfolio of products – comfort with projects that work across a multi-product portfolio and/or go deep on any one product.
Experience leading teams to drive initiatives that have not been done before – setting goals, communicating a vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement and performance assessment.

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
