The User Experience (UX) team is responsible for creating intuitive, easy to use, and accessible customer journeys for the company’s customers. The Sr. User Experience Researcher partners with User Experience Designers, Product Owners, and agile teams to understand customers’ needs, execute complex research initiatives, and mentor junior researchers.
Responsibilities
Executes complex research initiatives that support product development activities from tactical delivery to high-level strategy.
Analyzes data to identify user needs and breakdowns in flows, creating actionable insights.
Prioritizes research objectives based on the project roadmap to meet business objectives.
Presents results in an engaging way, tailoring the message to a wide range of audiences.
Contributes to research operations and adds to a library of research best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
5 years of experience designing and conducting user research studies.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
User research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability studies, card sorting, and contextual inquiry.
Participant recruitment and research documentation.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Human-centered design principles and user experience design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
Project management and mentorship.
