About the Role

Associate Creative Director (Art) must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big, breakthrough ideas across all mediums. They must have an in-depth knowledge in copy, art direction and design as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product.

What You’ll Do

Develops creative concepts with ACD Copywriter

Owns the creative work on assigned brands.

Manages the creative development process as it relates to projects

Implement strategy and direction and provides art direction/copy expertise

Supervise creative teams as needed

Ensures the quality and implementation of all work

Participates in client presentations and helps develop client relationships

Expertly delivers creative that crosses all platforms

Works with the Creative Resource Team to select and assign resources as necessary

May personally work on creative assignments, within or outside of the group, or on major department explanatories and new business efforts.

Adopts management posture in representing the agency’s interest in interaction with clients, staff, outside vendors and other contacts.

Participates in recruitment efforts for the department by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates as requested by the Creative Resource personnel.

What You’ll Need

5-7+ years’ experience in an agency setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent management skills and strong leadership potential

Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Pay Range

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $150,000—$180,000 USD
