Position: Community Manager
Location: Allen County, Lima, Ohio (Specific location will be disclosed upon further steps in the hiring process.)
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: $45,000-50,000/year

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to oversee and resolve a variety of challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.


Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

  • CAM® or CAPS® designation
  • Yardi experience (preferred)


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure a positive living experience for residents.
  • Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement.
  • Manage leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure property upkeep and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates.
  • Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.
