Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Lincoln Tech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to bring our brand vision to life through innovative and inspiring creative work. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and lead an in-house design team to create engaging digital and print materials that enhance brand awareness and highlight our unique stories. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop content that supports student recruitment, corporate communications, and various organizational needs. This is a Hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in-office.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years as a Creative Director in an agency or corporate setting. Proven track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse creative teams.

Excellent creative vision that aligns with business objectives.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in design team management.

Specialized training in advanced design concepts.

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required, up to 40%.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide the creative team in producing web, print, and digital marketing materials.

Develop and manage content design strategies for projects of all sizes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.

Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, driving the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.

Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas while maintaining a focus on fiscal responsibility.

Review and approve artwork and copy, ensuring all materials meet marketing objectives and standards.

Create compelling work that effectively communicates complex ideas to a diverse audience.

Present final concepts and secure necessary approvals for all deliverables.

Establish and implement guidelines and strategies for various creative projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with marketing managers to understand campus-specific needs and requirements.

Shape and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency across all products.

Manage the creative team's workflow, assigning projects and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
