BIOTRONIK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full commercial life cycle of our products, from launch strategy to market execution. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing product positioning, crafting compelling messaging, and driving impactful marketing campaigns and programs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with global product development and management teams, providing vital US market insights to shape product innovation and strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Takes ownership of one or multiple products within the portfolio
Develops and regularly updates the strategic marketing plan including commercial tactics and product development needs
Leads execution of the planned commercial marketing tactics for products and services
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the relevant US total addressable market and market trends and regularly communicates trends with leadership
Demonstrates a solid understanding of BIOTRONIK’s product line, competitive advantages and potential weaknesses, and makes recommendations for change based on this knowledge
Demonstrates fluency in the clinical terminology, internal and external policies, regulatory environment and technical specifications of the CRM industry
Stays up to date on competitive activities, developments, clinical data and products and regularly communicates these with leadership
Seeks input from key internal and external stakeholders in an effort to strengthen plans or challenge assumptions
Has strong and constructive relationships among colleagues in Marketing and other cross-functional departments and coordinates with these groups to make the commercialization processes seamless
Uses product planning to choose and prioritize projects and will lead commercialization of multiple intermediate to large projects
Tracks and maintains projects within identified budget, ensuring cost-saving measures where appropriate
Demonstrates an understanding of forecasting and obsolescence requirements for product planning
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders ensuring an understanding of product plans
Demonstrates established relationships with the Sales organization
Is considered a knowledge resource for all Marketing & Training colleagues including management
Your Profile
1-3 years of commercial marketing experience; preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management product manufacturing and marketing business.
Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, plan and execute effectively to overcome technically complex product challenges.
Bachelor's degree required – MBA Preferred
CRM certifications considered as a positive differentiating factor

This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work may vary depending on time zone supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
Approximately 30% travel required.
