Civil 3D Design Support Specialist Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil 3D Design Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT department. This role is perfect for a professional with extensive experience in Civil 3D design software and a passion for providing exceptional technical support to cross-functional engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:
* *Technical Support:* Serve as the internal helpdesk SME for Civil 3D, providing timely and helpful customer service in a positive and professional manner.* *Production Support:* Offer production support for Civil 3D, responding to technical assistance requests in person, via phone, or electronically.* *Issue Resolution:* Diagnose and resolve Civil 3D technical hardware and software issues efficiently.* *Training:* Educate and empower employees with Civil 3D and IT training, ensuring they are proficient in using the software.* *Documentation:* Log all Help Desk interactions promptly and assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing Civil 3D workspaces and standards.* *Research:* Utilize available information resources to research and resolve questions.* *Collaboration:* Support the Corporate CAD Manager's vision and responsibilities, assist with organizing the CAD environment, and coordinate project standards as required.Qualifications:
* *Experience:* 5+ years of experience working with and supporting Civil 3D design software (Autodesk platform).* *Technical Support:* Proven experience providing technical support for design software to cross-functional teams.* *Customer Service:* Strong customer service and coordination abilities.* *Skills:* Proficiency in CAD software, technical standards, and support.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
* *Work Schedule:* Hybrid position with a current schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in office.
