We are looking for a self-starter who thinks strategically, executes with urgency, and is flexible to changing market demands. This is a critical role that requires a creative and collaborative mindset to create a foundation for operational excellence.Responsibilities:Support the CMO in managing the operating cadence for the marketing team.Work with marketing leadership and line of business leads to coordinate on annual and quarterly program planning.Collaborate with the central PMO office and communicate back to the Marketing team and implement org best practices.Document and communicate the status and progress of priority programs and initiatives.Lead creation and review of status documents before they are presented in operational reviews.Lead status meetings across the marketing team to ensure team members are aligned on priorities.Develop and maintain cross-functional workstreams to successfully deliver programs and projects.Required Skills:7+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or operations roles.Proven experience in driving and managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented individual with a bias for action.Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders.Accommodations:If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions, please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement:At Salesforce, we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $187,900. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $206,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $206,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
