Integrated Marketing ManagerOVERVIEWAAOMS is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to provide project management and strategic support to manage the award-winning branding campaign and the day-to-day activities of the Association’s marketing projects. Areas of focus include implementing new and effective marketing approaches for the public-facing branding campaign; organizing tactics to help grow existing marketing plans and campaigns; and support the marketing needs across the Association.The Marketing Associate will also develop, guide, and manage marketing plans and programs in support of the Association’s key priorities and have responsibility for coordination and execution of marketing projects.The Marketing Associate reports to the Integrated Marketing Manager.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSupport the AAOMS Informational Campaign by executing assigned tactics.Manage marketing campaigns for the Association’s programs and events, including writing promotional copy for marketing collateral (emails, magazine, social media) and video creation when appropriate.Generate reports on marketing metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.Report on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms and social media.Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.Assist with social media content creation and dissemination.Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned by the Integrated Marketing Manager.QUALIFICATIONS4 to 7 years of relevant professional experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of social media and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website analyticsHigh level of organization and attention to detail amid a deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative CloudVideo editing experience helpful
