to lead investigative projects and work with beat reporters to produce quick-hit exclusives and initiative stories that pivot off breaking news. The beat will span a new space race between global powers; a reshaping of America's military industrial complex to counter China; the impact on the defense industry from wars in Europe and the Middle East; and new players upending traditional aerospace and defense contractors.

The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $72,000 - $130,000.
